HELP!! I PAY FOR SPOTIFY PREMIUM AND CANNOT CANCEL THIS

Hi guys, please help!!

I found out I pay for a spotify premium every month but I don't have a premium account. I have an account but that is a free one (I checked). Via the helpdesk (android --> usb --> computer) I looked if there where other accounts linked and there was one other account. I don't have the password for this account and I don't even have an email for this account. Just the username annikadebock-nl. I tried to change the password to see if I would get an email on my (only!) emailadres but I did not get any.
I figured this must be the premium account I am paying for but without a password or an emailadress I cannot cancel the premium account. The only solution I can think of is to tell my bank to stop the direct debit/payments, but in that way I might risk a fine from spotify for not paying monthly ( I also cannot find the rules for this).

IS THERE ANYONE WHO CAN HELP ME SOLVE THIS?
