HELP! I can't use all of the premium features.

I bought Spotify Premium 5 days ago, but the only feature i got was saving music and listening to it offline without commercials. But I can't skip backwards and i have limited skips forward, I can't fast forward. I tried to restart Spotify and I have the newest version of it.
Please help me, i'll be on a long trip with the car soon and i need it🙄😅.

Same Problem. Try to install Spotify new. It worked on my phone.

Are you still having this issue? If so, you might want to check out this thread. As another user suggested already, you might want to try doing a fresh reinstallation of Spotify. You can find the steps here.
