HELP! My student account expired and I cannot resubscribe (only subscribed for 1 year)

My Question or Issue

My 1st year as a student ended on Aug 30th, so I went to renew it, but when I try it gives me the error message "You have already redeemed this offer." 

I went to the Learn More button under Student Premium (https://www.spotify.com/ca-en/student/) and it says "You can get Premium for Students for up to four years." 

Not too sure what's going on but any help would be FANTASTIC! I really only started with spotify for the student discount.
