HELP still have 20 euros on my account but cannot use them

Hey, I have a problem. i got myself a 30 euro gift card and of course I also used it. My  subscription (for one person) has expired. Now i have 20 euros on my account but cannot use it. If I press the subscription i will be asked which paymet method I want to choose despite having 20 euros on my account. How can i use the rest of the money?

Just to clarify, when you say you have 20 EUR on your account, do you mean you have 20 EUR of more Spotify Premium credit available in the form of gift card(s)?

If that's the case and you weren't able to redeem your Gift card Premium code(s), it'd be very useful to take a look at this support page article.

In particular, make sure you go through all the steps in the section 'Gift card not working?'.

as i said, i got a 30 euro gift card and bought my first month with it. This month has expired 5 days ago. now i would have 20 euros on my account. The problem is that i have problems using up the remaining 20 euros because ( who am i trying to buy my next month) are asked which pyment method i want to use and there is no field that says "Complete the subscription with the remaining money". I redeemed my gift card a long time ago. i just cant buy my next month with the remaining 20 euros.

Thanks for getting back to us! 

Here's a bit more info on how gift cards work: When you buy a gift card for 30 euros, you start using your subscription from the date you have redeemed the gift card. You use up the 3 Premium months all at once. There's no option to redeem just 10 or 20 euros from the card and save the remaining balance for later. 

Since you have redeemed your gift card a long time ago, this is most likely what has happened.
