[ HELP ! ] switching from hong kong to italy

hi im massimo from italy

just subscribed in with my Hong Kong paypal account

after that i found out that if i pay with a Hong Kong paypal account i have no access to most italian songs

deleted my subscription ( after , for a bug, it pushed me to pay for the family subscription )

after deleting my subscription i tried to pay with an italian card, but got a technical error from spotify ( not related to the card, but to the spotify platform, asking me to try again later )

tried again later and still didn't work

please help ! who can i contact ?  i got charged two times and i still can't use my italian card

Hi @MASSICIAO, welcome to the Spotify Community!

In this case, we recommend that you wait until the current subscription ends and your account goes back to the Free service. Then, you'll be able to change the country on your account and resubscribe with your Italian card without a problem. 

Also, check the state of the charges you got and make sure they're not pending. There's more info here.
