Had premium, went to free version, now cannot play music

Had premium, went to free version, now cannot play music

I downgraded from premium subscription to free subscription recently. Despite the app advertising you can still search and press play on any music you like, I now cannot play any individual song I search unless i hit 'shuffle play' on the album it is in and try to skip to it. I always have the wifi and mobile data turned on so it is not a connection issue. Any suggestions or has anyone had this problem?

Hey @dominicpage1

 

The ability to play an individual song of your picking is only free in the desktop app. In the mobile app you have to press shuffle play if you are on the free plan.

 

To play any song you want on mobile, you will need the premium plan.
