Hallo,
seit einigen Jahren habe ich das Abo Spotify Premium Letzung Abbuchung war am 20.11.2023
Nun erscheint aber Kontoeinstellungen Abo Spotfiy Free.Zwischen der Musik die auch auch nicht mehr offline läuft kommt immer Werbung.Dies kann es ja wohl nicht sein-oder ?
Ich werde aufgefordert Spotify Premium zu abonnieren was ich aber wie erwähnt einige Jahre habe (siehe Bild)
Ich bitte um Abklärung und Rückmeldung

Same issue for me! I already contacted support yesterday or maybe it was even the day before yesterday but nothing changed yet.
