Has Student Discount, but paying full price

I had to update my debit card this past week on my Spotify account, and I was charged the $9.99+tax and not the $4.99+tax student discount I supposedly have. I cannot figure out how to fix this because when I click on student premium it says I already have it, which I have had until I had to update my card. However, I am being charged for the full price! Being a college student, I'm not able to afford that much on something that's not a necessity, so please help!!!
