Updated my payment details today, having lived in Belgium for the past 10 years, I always use Belgian CC as well.
From now on I will be charged €9.99 (which is good) but looking back at all previous invoices, they always charged me £9.99... I don't know why, but I don't like paying too much. Any way for me to ask for a refund?!

That sounds odd. Did you always use the same payment method? If, for example, it was a credit card, were any recent changes in your bank? Also, you can view Spotify's policy on refunds here.
