Have have paid for premium, but account says I'm now on free??

Have have paid for premium, but account says I'm now on free??

I have been using spotify for the past few months on premium, which has been fine. but today my acount says im on the free service? i have checked that i have paid correctly through my mobile provider. I have re installed the app on my phone, and re logged into the main website, but still says im on free and not premium, but have deffinatley paid!! 

 

Please help??

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂

 

You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username with that you subscribed to Spotify premium!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
