Have premium but it wont play offline

I have premium but for some reason it wont load or show anything when i go offline (in the car cant play the downloaded stuff which is hardly anything) and is constantly redownloading my music but wont keep it downloaded?? really bad when im paying for these offline services and they arnt working

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?
