Have premium but still get ads

I have premium but still get ads but only on jre. Im about to unsubscribe if this can't be fixed. I used to just skip them at the start but now they are intrusive in the middle of the podcast. If this isn't fixed ill just torrent the show

Thanks for posting in the Community. 

Please note that podcasts can include embedded ads - some podcasts have advertising as part of their uploaded content, although Spotify doesn't include any extra Ads since you're on Premium.

This is appalling to get targeted ads from Spotify (not JRE) with a premium subscription . Even more appalling  to get ads encouraging gambling. The ads also crashed my app. Just a massive fail by Spotify. Next ad, I'm cancelling.
