Having Trouble Registering for Google Home Mini (Canada) Won't Let Me Register

My Question or Issue

I am having trouble accessing registration for a code for the Google Home Mini. I go to the page to redeem https://www.spotify.com/ca-en/googlehome/redeem/ and it tells me to register. I click on the button to register and it just takes me back to the home page for Spotify. Anyone have any insights for this?
