Having trouble resubscribing to family plan

Having trouble resubscribing to family plan

Hi, I'm having trouble to renew the family plan. Updated payment details and tried to resubsribe but it keeps telling me that payment failed. Contacted the bank and they said that my card is working functionally. What else can I do?

Sorry to hear you are having issues with Spotify Family.

 

Please could you try subscribing using a different browser or clearing your current browser's cache?
