Hello, I am verified as a student but today I got charged as standard user.

Could you please check why it happened. I activated my student account almost 3 weeks ago.

Thanks for reaching out!

After activating their student discount, one should also subscribe to Premium Student.
The discount has to be renewed every year (up to a maximum of 4 years) and it enables you to subscribe to Premium Student.

My guess is that you've activated the discount but haven't applied it to your account by choosing the Student plan.
