Help! Can't buy gift card.

I've been trying today to get a gift card and all my working credit cards are not being accepted and no transactions are going through. I've tried AMEX, Visa and Mastercard multiple times. Is there a glitch in your website? Help! - Paula, Singapore

P.S. I also could not subscribe to Premium for myself. Same problem: your website is not accepting any of my valid credit cards! Help!

Can you make sure if your payment card meets these requirements: https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/troubleshooting/problems-paying-for-spotify-by-card...?

If they do, try doing your payment by using an incognito window on your web browser.

Thanks! My cards are meeting these requirements. In fact, I was just able now to subscribe myself to Premium. However, buying a gift card is still not accepting my payment on the same card that got through and neither through incognito browser mode. What now?
