Help, forgotten an account with premium

Hello, One month or so ago I created an account to sign up for a free trial here, then stupidly i remembered I had premium family on another account, the trial account was linked o my card, and I have forgotton everything, Turns out, spotify took its money even though i have internet purchases off on my card, what can I do to prevent them from taking money again?
