Help please

I have been trying for three days to get the free 30 day trial and it still says failed can someone plz help me I have tried everything that was suggested in other posts and nothing is working

Hey @Arieswargods,

could you please send me the exact error message you get?

And have you tried to use an incognito tab, clear the cookies of your browser and use another browser or device?

When this doesn't work, you should try to use another internet connection (e.g. cellular data instead of WiFi).
