My Question or Issue

I sent an invite for a family member to join my spotify account,  she received the email and tried accepting the add, but when she she clicked on it a message popped up on the screen saying " you can only change your family plan once a year " what does this mean ? And/or how can I fix this ?

The message presented should indicate that the user has already changed or transfered from one family plan to another during the current year and had reached a limit.

 

I'd suggest checking the Premium for Family terms and conditions here for further info.
