Can someone tell me why I get a message pop up when trying to download saying..... want to play offline? Play tunes everywhere with premium, try it for 30 days for free. I have a 12 month free subscription with Spotify why is this happening?

It seems that you may have a second account! Have you verified you are logging in through the same method?

You may have a Facebook and a common Spotify account!
