Please: can I get a helpdesk address to ask a direct question and get a direct answer? I subscribed to a music library, not a puzzle library. Thx.

I have 2 questions:-

 

|.1.| I subscibed to Family share but that doesn't seem to work. We still block each other's acces when using Spotify. My children us my Apple account. Can that be a reason? What to do to solve this issue.

 

|.2.| I want to change may email address from niek64@gmail.com to nwdegraaf@gmail.com. Spotify tells me that nwdegraaf@gmail.com has already been taken. But that's my email! What to do?

For question 1:

The way Spotify Family works is that each person creates their own Spotify account first if they do not already have one. For everyone to create a Spotify account they will need their own email address.

Once everyone has their own Spotify account you then invite them to join your family plan and then they sign in with that account in the app. Make sure everyone enters the same home address when it asks for verification. Then everyone will be able to listen without interrupting the other users.

For question 2:

I suggest you contact support so they can help you change the email

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

 

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
