Here's an idea; how about you stop loosing payment information such as my credit card details!

Yeah, cause I'm not sure I want to give you that again since you've inexplicably lost it once.

Hey @HappyL1ama, welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

Your payment information should stay saved in your account, unless you cancel the renewal of your subscription.

 

However, if by the time your subscription is supposed to renew, we're unable to take the payment, our system will try to process the payment in the next days. If after that time, our system is still unable to take the payment, we won't try to do it anymore and your payment information will be removed for security. We suggest to get in contact with your bank (if you subscribed with a card) in order to check everything is OK before trying to subscribe again.

What period of time does the system wait before wiping the account information? Wondering before I ask the bank.
