This sounds a bit odd and we'll do our best to help you out here. 

Can you take a look at your Receipts page? Do you see anything unusual there? In case you do, can you share with us a screenshot that includes just the amount you see. This will help us investigate further.

On another note, by saying that you've been charged $35 twice, you got us thinking that you might be paying for more than one account with us. We'd recommend checking with your family or friends to see if they have used your payment info. If that's the case, they should cancel or change their payment method and reimburse you.

It's also a good idea to contact your bank and double check with them if there are any added taxes or fees to your payment.
