Hi, I have a problem with my account 

Every month I pay for a premium subscription but if I check my account it seems to be a free subscription. How can it be?

(I've already tried to log off and log in again, but it doesn't work. And I've never created others account, I use the same one for a long time) 

Moreover can  hear music only with 2 devices and not with 3 as you say

Can you please help me?
