It cut me off typing. I have another one pending at 9.99 too, I would like a refund ASAP as I need it for other direct debits

Can you start by taking a look at your Receipts page? If you don't see any extra payment there, it means that you might be paying for 2 different accounts.

 

It's possible that you have 2 accounts with us and you're charged for both of the,

 

Take a look at this page to see what you can do to locate your second account. 

 

It's also possible that the second charge is pending and that it will be automatically refunded. You can check that with your bank and read more about this here.
