Hi there! I just want to check Spotify has received my new debit card detai

I lost my previous debit card and had to get a new one. Spotify emailed me about not receiving September's payment. I think the payment has now gone through on my new debit card. Just checking all is OK!

Thanks for reaching out.

 

You can check your receipts page to see if the payment has gone through and which payment method it used and then you can check with your payment provider to ensure that the payment has been processed successfully.
