Hola , me cobraron el cambio a plan familiar pero sigue solo plan duo

Modifique mi plan de duo a familiar, se realizó el pago exitosamente, pero en mi cuenta no cambio, sigue en plan duo!! Por qué no se reflejó el cambio

Hope you don't mind us replying in English, it's the official Community language.

 

I'd first advise logging out of your app and back in twice in a row.
This will trigger a manual sync of your settings and your change to Family should get accurately displayed, as the plan change is immediate.

 

In case this doesn't work, take a look at your account page here to verify what the current status of your subscription is.
If it still shows Duo, you can try switching to Family again 🙂
