How can I cancel my yearly subscription?

Hi, II bough the yearly subscription and I want to cancel it because when signing up because of an error from Spotify (it said there was no connection with sign up servers but I still got the e-mail confirmation mail so I continued the process through the link) I didnt get the option to choose an username and it gave me a "generic" one which is just a bunch of numbers and letters. I thought it was just because I wasn't premium, so I bought the yearly subscription but I still have that name, so I want to cancel it to sign up properly and then get premium. So how can I cancel it or change that username? It was because an error on Spotify.

Right now, it isn't possible to change your username, although there are some alternatives here if you don't enjoy your current username.
