How can I complain directly to spotify staff about bad premium service?

I´ve been paying my Premium account for 3 months now and I still have to download ALL my music (almost getting to 3000) in order to listen offline... I don´t have wi-fi all the time, and it´s ridiculous that every 2 or so days I have to make this, which takes me more than 3 hours, when I get my wi-fi spot on.

I´m paying for a service I´m not using... How can I complain and get my issue solved or my money back?

thank you so much...I will try that and see...my tablet is charging now...I had 3 times the "android phone" which I think is the android tablet... I deleted 2 of them...by the way, how did i end up with those 3 added in different dates?

Hey @SpotMonte,

 

You should keep an eye on the 'Offline devices' listed in your account settings. The same device may be added several times which may make your offline downloads to reset. Delete any duplicate or unrecognized devices you may see and let me know how it goes. 🙂
 
To get in touch with them, fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will be happy to help you within 24 hrs. Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

 

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
