How can i add a song from my lokal datas to my Songs Playlist?

I've downloaded the song and added into a playlist i created, but i can't give the song a heart to add it into the standart-Playlist ,,songs''.

I have added a song like the new one into this list already, i dont know how i did it.

I can tap on the Heart on my smartphone but i doesnt work after it finished loading.

Hope its possible to do that becaus i like to listen to all of my music in the same playlist.

Can you tell me what you mean by 'Standard Playlist'? 

Also, could you try a clean reinstall of the app?
