How do I cancel my premium account through Starbucks?

How do I cancel my premium account through Starbucks?

Don't tell me to call the partner hotline. I shouldn't have to do that to cancel my premium. It should never have been added to the wrong account in the first place. I was logged into my account, and the premium was added to a completely different account that I never use. It makes no sense. This should be easy to do, but instead I have to ask a question on a forum? So stupid!

It is suggested to contact Starbucks about this, but if it's a problem on Spotify's end you can contact Spotify support.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

 

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
