How do I cancel my subscription on my cell phone?

I am trying to cancel my premium account and go back to free. On my laptop it says I have a free account but my cell phone says I have a premium account. How can I cancel my subscription on my cell phone?

How long ago did you cancel your premium subscription?

If you're phone is connected to the internet, you may have to refresh it.

Is your cellphone connected to the internet? If not it will just be saying what is stored in the cache.
