How do I connect/make my showtime account?

So yesterday I was able to verify and switch to the premium student plan and I saw it comes w hulu and showtime. I got my hulu awhile back and made that account no problem back before I wasn't a student. When I go to the showtime website it says I need to pick my provider and what not so I'm super confused on how to link it because I made the account on my phone but can't get into it on my laptop or phone.

There is another webpage that takes you through the linking of both Showtime and Spotify. Click here to be taken to that page. Just fill out the three steps and you should be set to go.
