How do I get back into my hulu account, which comes with my spotify subscription?

I use the same email for my hulu account as my spotify, but all a sudden, I cannot get into my hulu account and when I click on the link under my services to start watching for hulu, it just takes me to hulu.com. Don't know what to do.

Sorry to hear this. Can you let me know what happens when you try to access your Hulu account? If you have a screenshot as to what happens, that would be great. Make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the Community.
