How do I unlink my Showtime account from my Spotify account?

I was a previous member with the student Spotify premium plan where we were giving a showtime subscription as well. When the partnership was ended the subscription had ended. I recently wanted to gain access to that account and subscribe again but it is billed through Spotify. I am unsure how to proceed with this process to unlink the two accounts to continue my subscription.

As the bundle is no longer available, you won't be able to activate it on your Spotify-account any longer and use it with your streaming service.
