How to I start Premium without enter my credit card as advertisement says?

The advertisement says that we can try the Premium account for 30 dias and they dont even need the credit card.

How do I activate that? any time i try to activate Premium, is asking me the credit card.

Is Spotify lying?

A payment method is always required for the 30-day Premium trial. I've just checked https://spotify.com/premium for you and wasn't able to find any statement about no payment method being required for the trial.
