How to Pay (PHILIPPINES)

I've been wanting to upgrade to premium since time immemorial but I don't know how to pay. I don't have a credit card or PayPal so my only way to pay is through payment counters in malls. I received an email containing the voucher and my payment code. How will I pay it? Do I just show it to the person in the counter? Do I have to print anything? I need help since I need to be on premium before Monday, September 18. Thank you so much.

If you paid for a voucher and have a premium code, you can enter it on your profile page and redeem the premium time: https://www.spotify.com/redeem/prepaid/

I'm trying to load SP129 now but I'm scared to lose Php129 for nothing so yes. All I see is this (see picture attached) and no buttons to really upgrade and get premium. What do I do?
