I accidentally cancelled my Premium for Family subscription (I'm the plan owner). My subscription ends on 10 July and I want to renew but when I click "Get Premium," it turns out to be an option only for regular premium, not family.
Do I have to wait for my family subscription to revert to free before being able to subscribe again?

You should be able to resubscribe to Premium for Family immediately. I'd recommend trying to resubscribe from the Premium for Family page.
