How to cancel a premium plan of an unknown account

I'm getting charged for Spotify premium on an account that I don't know of. I was getting Spotify premium for some people but when I ask those people if their premium was renewed, I don't get a good response back. How can I cancel the spotify premium plan if I don't even know what account my credit card is currently linked to? I don't even know any login credentials.
