How to cancel my premium?!

How to cancel my premium?!

I randomly got charged last month for the subscription of $9.99. When I went to cancel it, it says I'm free and doesn't even show I have anything. I got charged again this month and I'm starting to get upset. There is no way of me cancelling it on your page. I just want this fixed....

I don't have a second account with Spotify, this is the only one. 

I'd recommend reaching out to Support so they can try to locate your second account (if there's one).

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
