How to change Premium subscription

Hi, I can not cancel my Premium trial period, in my profile it says that I have a FREE account, but the Premium trial period expires in two days. I contacted the assistance that has not yet answered, except with an automatic email. I believe that Spotify should improve on the assistance plan because there should not be any problems of this kind left to chance. I await news about my cancellation request for the 60 days of the Premium trial.

Hello @Ichnos77!

 

When you get the automated reply by Support you just have to reply to that email explaining your problem and someone will pick up your case as soon as possible 🙂

 

However, I'd also recommend checking this Spotify Answer for tips on how to cancel.
