How to go back to premium

 I had a premium account for a several years, but I have been downgraded to free. I am unable to upgrade again. I get an error message that it is not possible to upgrade.

How can I go back to premium?

Can you please provide more info on the account you used to have ? was it Facebook linked account or an e-mail based account?

In addition the number of error or a screenshot will help to have this issue sorted.

It was linked to my facebook account. Had an issue with my card thats why i was forced to downgrade to free. But, when I finally fix the issue on my card and wanted to go back to premium again i can’t seem to do it anymore. It says that it cant be purchased on this app? Please help meee i want my premium back.
