How to not use offer?

Hello, I want to buy premium on a new account using my phone bill, but I can't. I figured out that you can't pay with phone bills on offers, but there's one problem... I can't not use the offer. On the premium page, all it shows is the 3 months for 0.99 offer, but no way to buy just 1 month for 9.99. Is there any way around this?
