My Question or Issue
I'm going to redeem the samsung 3 months free subscription.
However, when I try to click the package on my samsung device, it always routes me to the "Unable to connect" page.
Is there any way to solve that issue?

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.
In this case, we'd like to gather as much info as possible. Did you receive this error by accessing the offer through the app on your phone on the Premium tab? If yes, you can also check your email to see if Samsung has sent you a message with the offer. You can try access to the offer from there.
If this doesn't do the trick, just to confirm, is this happening over WiFi? 3G/4G? Both? Do you notice any difference if you switch the internet red you're using? Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

i have same issue here, this is happening over both wifi and 4G, idk why.. any solution ?

Can you please confirm you're trying to activate the offer on an account that's never been on Premium before using a card that you haven't used for another Premium subscription?
Also, are you getting the same error message as the original poster above?
