My Question or Issue

My Premium account is invoiced via Spotify Partner 'BASE Company' (my mobile phone operator). I would like to change mobile phone operator but I don't want to loose my existing Spotify account. How can I disconnect the two from each other and get my Spotify subscription invoiced separately?

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community!

 

First, you can cancel your current subscription with your mobile phone operator. You can find their details on your account page

 

After the rest of the Premium time ends and your subscription reverts to Free, you can resubscribe with your new operator or directly with Spotify. 

 

That way you won't lose any music, it's just the subscription that changes. 

When plan changes to Spotify Free, you can still log in, play tunes, and access all your music and playlists in Your Library.
