How to take a credit card off my ex's account

My Question or Issue

So last year, my ex got onto my account because he had used his email and password to help me create it in the first place. A few months after my breakup I was kicked off the account and he switched his password, but left my credit card on.  I have ALL the records of the payments but have no way of removing my credit card from that account. Anybody that could help with this situation?? I've asked him to remove it but he's ignoring me.

In this case, I'd recommend getting in touch with Customer Support here. Explain the issue you're having there and they'll take a look and do their best to help.
