How to update payment info for PlayStation Spotify subscription?

I set up my Spotify subscription though my PlayStation 4 and I ha e auto renew on. I got a new credit card and I need to update my info so I can make the payment, but you can’t update that info on PlayStation nor on a smart phone. I don’t have access to a computer. So spotify if you want my money please get back to me about option on updating payment info. Thanks!

Hey There!

One workaround is to open the browser on either your PS4 or mobile and try clicking on desktop view if it doesn't work and follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account page. 
2. Select Subscription in the menu on the left. 
3. Under Payment details, click UPDATE.
   
4. Choose your payment method at the top and fill in the details. 
5. Click CHANGE PAYMENT DETAILS to confirm.

All done! Your changes will take effect on your next payment.
