How to verify SheerID for student discount?

Hi!

My spotify account is set for Latvia, but I'm studying in the UK right now. How can I get the student premium discount if the SheerID system doesn't display UK as a possible choice?

P.S. : If this isn't at all possible, how then to get back the money spotify already took for the subscription?

If your student credentials couldn't be verified, you shouldn't be charged. Any charges should show as pending and will get back to you soon.

We suggest you follow the steps listed here to change your country setting. After that, you'll be able to sign up for the discount through UNiDAYS here.
