Hulu/Spotify Student Subscription

Hello everyone!

I just changed my premium account to student account but whenever I try to change to the hulu/spotify bundle, I get directioned to the premium account page, like if I did not have one.

Who paid my account until, like, two hours ago, was my brazilian card, but I changed to my American (I just found out about the discount, I study in California since February). Do you guys think that it will only allow me to get this bundle when my new payment is processed (at the end of the month)? Note: my country before was Brazil, and I've tried to change it to USA, but they say that will only at the end of the month.
