Hulu Spotify account just linked

So I just switched over to the Hulu Spotify deal, and now my spotify account is saying I have to pay for the subscription again? I thought the switch would be free? (I had hulu before this deal and just combined them today) 

Help please?

This is likely because of the bundle price. When you combine them, the subscription becomes $12.99 per month. If you were able to take advantage of the $.99/3 month offer the billing would break out like this>

What you’ll be charged and when

You’ll get one bill for both services. Your first month is the price of your Premium subscription plus the Hulu trial price of $0.99. After your 3-month trial, you’ll then start paying $12.99/month for both services. Here’s how that breaks down:

• 1st month: $10.98
• 2nd month: $9.99
• 3rd month: $9.99
• Following months: $12.99
